Project De Jong - Painting & Decoration Renovation
The client contacted us to renovate their Cape Town apartment. We stripped everything off the walls: headboards, curtain rails, wall art matching the headboards. Ceiling fans and carpets in both bedrooms. We replaced the existing air conditioner unit in the living area with an updated ultra-quiet unit and installed a new unit in the master bedroom. Texture high-quality wallpaper was installed both bedrooms behind the headboards creating stunning feature walls. In the living room wallpaper was installed along the main wall. New ceiling lights, led sealed units installed in both bedrooms. All walls, ceilings, and cornices were painted. We stained the skirting boards, door frames, and doors including the front door with a beautiful dark rich stain. Old outdated curtains and curtain rails were removed and replaced with block out and windsheer from Hertex with ceiling-mounted rollo tracks. Brand new carpets installed in both bedrooms. Some of the downlight bulbs were different “colours” or better known as kelvin so we bought new bulbs and made sure they were all the same.
